Sarah Price, FNP-C

Owner

Sarah, a native of Newport, TN, is the proud owner and Advanced Nurse Practitioner at Posh Medical Spa. She earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing from East Tennessee State University in 2015 and has over a decade of experience in healthcare, including 3 years in long-term acute care, 4 years in urgent care and family practice, and 3 years in advanced medical aesthetics.

Sarah is nationally recognized as a top 10% Morpheus8 provider, a distinction that reflects her expertise and dedication to delivering exceptional patient results. At Posh Medical Spa, she is passionate about helping clients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals with personalized, compassionate care.

Outside of her work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and kids on the lake and traveling as often as she can.

Kaylyn Gardner

Medical Assistant

Kaylyn Gardner, a native of Morristown, TN, has 5 years of experience in medical aesthetics, serving as a dedicated Medical Assistant at Posh Medical Spa. What Kaylyn enjoys most about her work is the opportunity to meet new people and help them feel their best.

Morpheus8 Body and Daxxify are her favorite treatments to recommend due to their impressive results. She is also well-versed in ZO skin care products, providing clients with valuable insights to enhance their skincare routines. Kaylyn’s warm personality and commitment to providing excellent care make every client’s experience enjoyable and personalized.

In her spare time, Kaylyn and her husband love spending time outdoors with family and friends on the lake, camping, traveling, and catching as many Tennessee Volunteer games as possible.

Gwen Gustafson

Medical Esthetician

Gwen Gustafson, a native of Greene County, TN, has been working as a Medical Esthetician for the past year at Posh Medical Spa. She attended esthetics school in Morristown and graduated from Tusculum University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Marketing. Gwen is passionate about helping clients feel confident and cared for through personalized skincare treatments and recommendations.

Glo2Facial and SkinPen are two of Gwen’s favorite medical aesthetic treatments because of the visible results they can provide, while the European Facial is her favorite treatment for relaxation and self-care. She especially enjoys building relationships with clients and says that seeing client satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat bookings is one of the most rewarding parts of her job. Gwen also loves recommending Colorescience products to help clients maintain healthy, glowing skin between appointments.

When she’s not at the spa, Gwen enjoys working out, reading, spending time in the sun, and drinking lots of coffee. She loves helping clients feel confident in their skin and creating a welcoming experience for everyone she meets.

Kaylyn Carmichael

Patient Care Coordinator

Kaylyn Carmichael, a native of Morristown, TN, serves as a Patient Care Coordinator at Posh Medical Spa. Prior to joining the aesthetics industry, Kaylyn spent the past six years working as a CNA in a nursing home, where she developed a strong passion for caring for others and building meaningful relationships with patients. She also graduated from Walters State Community College with an associate degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.

What Kaylyn enjoys most about her role is meeting new people and learning more about maintaining healthy skin. She loves helping clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their experience at Posh Medical Spa. Lash Lift & Tint treatments and Laser Hair Removal are two of her favorite services because of the confidence boost and convenience they provide clients. Her warm personality and dedication to patient care help create a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door.

Outside of work, Kaylyn enjoys spending time with family, thrifting, loving on her farm animals, planning her next vacation, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers whenever she can.

Mollie Howard

licensed paramedical aesthetician

Mollie Howard, a licensed paramedical aesthetician with a passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin. Mollie specializes in advanced treatments that target acne, scarring, texture, and anti-aging, while also focusing on educating her patients so they understand their skin’s unique needs. Her goal is to create results-driven treatments while providing a comfortable, welcoming experience where beauty meets confidence. In her spare time she likes to spend time with friends and family while going to any game that the Tennessee Volunteers play!
